Questions About Event Production?

Do you rent equipment without technicians?

No. We provide full-service event production only. Every service includes professional equipment, delivery, setup, onsite technical support throughout your event and complete breakdown and removal. You get an experienced team that handles all technical details from start to finish.

How far in advance should I book your services?

The earlier, the better. Corporate events often happen during peak seasons and equipment availability can fill up quickly. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your event date confirmed. We’ll work with you on planning and sourcing any specialty equipment you need between booking and event day.

Can you work with our venue’s existing systems?

Absolutely. We coordinate directly with venue teams throughout the Raleigh/Durham area and the Triangle. Our technicians integrate with existing sound systems, projection equipment and other venue infrastructure to create a seamless technical experience. Venue coordination is a standard part of our service.

What if we need specialty equipment you don’t have in inventory?

We source it for you. Between booking and your event date, we can arrange specialty equipment like custom drape colors, unique lighting effects or specific technical gear your event requires. You get one point of contact who handles everything.
